Trauma-Informed, Culturally Responsive Therapy for Healing, Growth, and Reconnection
Virtual and in-person counseling for adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and identity-related stress
Therapy is a space to slow down, talk through what’s weighing on you and begin making sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck. In our work together, we explore what you’re experiencing, identify triggers, and build tools to help navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions with greater steadiness.
I work with:
Adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I provide trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive therapy, offer LGBTQ+ affirming care, and work with individuals impacted by intergenerational, cultural, and systemic stressors, including people with racialized identities and those from historically marginalized racial and ethnic communities.

Ways We Can Work Together
Specialized Modality:
Brainspotting Therapy
Brainspotting is a brain-based, experiential therapy that helps the nervous system process trauma and emotional pain, often reaching places that talking alone cannot. It can be especially helpful when you have insight into your experiences yet still feel stuck in patterns that don’t seem to shift.
How I Work
My work is collaborative and paced to support emotional safety, trust, and steady growth. Sessions are a space to talk about what’s happening in your life, notice patterns that keep showing up, and explore what feels stuck.
I use talk therapy along with gentle, experiential and brain-based approaches including Brainspotting, to help support nervous system regulation and deeper emotional processing. We decide together what feels most helpful and move at a pace that feels manageable.
Therapy is not about fixing you or making everything disappear overnight. It’s a process of getting to know yourself, identifying triggers, and building tools to respond to stress, relationships, and life’s challenges with more awareness and choice.
